Meet Eric P Thomas

A random shooting on the fateful night of September 20, 1997 changed Eric's life forever.  A young man with dreams of a career in music or photography  learned that life is not always fair.  Left paralyzed from the neck down by a bullet to the C3 and C4 vertebrates; Eric spent several months on a ventilator  with a halo screwed to his head to support his neck fighting for his life.

EZ Awareness by Design

In November 2011 Eric P. Thomas came together with Ziad S. kassab from, Guardian Angel and Z.C.D. Transportation, inc. and started the business, EZ Awareness by Design, Inc. The company specializes in total custom Apparel and Signage. Eric plans on creating a line of designer clothing with an emphasis on awareness for people with barriers. We are competitive in pricing and a portion of our proceeds goes to a non-profit organization.

The logo design is derived from Eric Thomas, ‘E’, and Ziad Kassab, ‘Z’, coming together for awareness through design. The curves in a wheelchair are expressed in the words ‘by design.’

The color scheme presents the business with the following meanings.
